It’s not just about ALS, it’s taking a backseat today.
We do have destinations and the beauty of the picturesque road’s of this great nation on our bucket list. Traveling from Tucson to Monument Valley we witnessed the rugged terrain alternate between mesas, outcroppings and deep canyon’s. We arrived at Monument Valley at night while raining. So we woke up to the splendor of the breathtaking panoramas. Yes we did experience some mechanical issues…but, we are not out for the count!

We are having a blast regardless of the difficulties, you hear that ALS! We will proceed as our truck is in the shop, without it. We are in Cortez Colorado as we arrange the repairs. We are about to traverse southern Colorado heading to Durango and Pagosa Springs, one of our favorite ski locations ever!
My heart and soul are recharging with every passing mile. Every time we pull chalks I get a front row seat to the best show ever…life. Oh and the people we meet! So, so kind, gracious and helpful. They have experienced much of what we have recently and will continue to experience.
Ok, ALS you can share if you like.
“Oh, thank you, can I speak now?”
Be nice…
“Well I do have something positive to share. Tim, don’t know his last name, commented on Mile 6, and asked if perhaps we can share tips and hack’s we learn from others. So can you make that happen?”
Why yes I can!
I will add a section to the website that we can share the tips. I’ll even see if I can make it possible for others to add directly. Thank you Tim?
More miles to come!
